Any complaints for not correspondence , neglect or break_in in the discount must be neccessarily noted on the delivery orderand passed onto the compagnywhich delivered the parcel with a copy of reserves made within 48 hours according to the annotating of delivery order.
The complaints can't be taken into account if these conditions aren't filled.
The responsability of the customer will then be only and completed started.
No complaint will be possible if cardboards aren`'t opened to their receptiion in the presence of the deliverer.
Return of goods
In case of return , the bearingwill be charge to the customers.
We don't make exchange on the second- hand pieces , any resumption on the detached pieces having been gone up vehicles.
